When we receive notification from PayPal that you have authorized the customization, we will send you a Word document wherein you will "fill in" your desired selections for document properties, cover page company name, etc., and then attach a copy of your company logo.

You have the option of updating all, some, or none of these entries.

Upon your completion of the document, email it back to us, and we will send you a set of JumpStart forms that have been completely updated within 48 hours of receipt of your document.
